Water

Earth
Grounding and nourishing — the element of the body. Our capacity to feel present, calm, and rooted. Becomes unbalanced when we grip the past or resist change.
Ether
The space before, after, and in between. The silence that holds all things together. The element of potential and infinite possibility. When unbalanced, it becomes disconnection, the constant chase of time, a sense of lost purpose.
